We are a school of excellence based on DISCIPLINE. We teach SHOTOKAN Karate, a traditional form of martial arts. We strive to be the best that we can be. In doing so we have partnerships with various organizations and schools. Our school is affiliated with the World Karate Federation (WKF). Currently, we teach classes at the following locations: Montessori Children Academy, Coconut Grove Montessori and the Boys & Girls Club.
Our mission is to teach children to live the martial arts way of life through discipline as they develop self-respect, confidence and humility.

Sensei Stanley has been practicing karate since he was three years old. He earned his first Black belt for the Caribbean at the age of nine. His father, Master Abellard, 7th Dan is the Vice president of the Caribbean Karate Federation. Sensei has traveled all over the world and won various tournaments. His Master Hidetaka Nishiyama, 10th Dan and the King of Shotokan called Sensei the young tiger following a major seminary in California. His life is the martial arts and his motto is "HUMILITY"
